• Lift customers’ moods by creating a friendly, upbeat, and joyful atmosphere.
• Provide menu recommendations and guide customers to the perfect pastry or drink.
• Make every order with care, ecraft coffee and tea beverages with precision and love according to café standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Regularly package and restock food items to ensure they are always available for customers.
• Be empathetic, patient, and attentive to every customer’s needs.
• Help customers pick the perfect baked treats—because happiness is a warm pastry!
• Work as a team player, ensuring every guest leaves happier than they arrived.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
