We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, customer service, and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Flexible and willing to work at different locations and assist with catering at events when needed
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
  • Preparing food and drink garnish, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
  • Packaging food and beverages for sale.
  • Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.
  • Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, drinks preparation, and presentation techniques to improve quality.
  • Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
  • Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
  • Help guest/ service staffs, take orders, serve to guests, clean and reset the tables as and when required.
  • Answer phone calls politely and professionally as per our brand standards.
  • Working as part of a fun, high-energy team. Supporting other team members as and when required.
  • Help maintain cleanliness of all work areas as well as guest areas.
  • Participate in all training activities conducted in the outlet by supervisor.
  • Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
  • In case of any guest complaints, inform your immediate supervisor to help you out and to resolve the complaint to guest satisfaction professionally.
  • Make sure all opening and closing duties are done as per in-charge shift/supervisor assigned task.
