CLUB CONCIERGE

Location: United Boxing Club – 1034 Bloor St W, Toronto
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Compensation: Hourly + perks (training, merch, and more)

OVERVIEW:

Club Concierge: Elevating member experience by providing exceptional guest services, a well-maintained facility, and a community-rich atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone outgoing, reliable, and ready to make people feel welcome the second they walk in. You’ll be serving up espresso while managing daily operations for our members, creating great energy, and good vibes.

3 KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Barista or bartending experience is a must: Serving speciality coffee handling all café operations.
2. A great people person: Must beoutgoing, approachable, and confident in conversation
3. Strong multitasker: Can juggle guest check-ins, maintain facility flow, and assist with tasks without losing composure

• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented
• Experienced with café/bar environments or fast-paced hospitality roles
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with tech (email, CRM, WhatsApp, Instagram)
• Punctual, responsible, and solution-driven
• Available for morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed
