JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista and Coffee Shop Assistant to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every customer has a delightful experience. This role involves various responsibilities, including greeting customers, serving food and drinks and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous barista experience is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers.
