Caesar Augustus Hotels is looking for a dynamic and passionate Coffee Specialist- Barista, ready to support our exceptional restaurant team and deliver a premium experience to our guests. Qualifications Requisiti/ Requirements: Allestimento buffet e corner caffetteria; Preparazione di caffè, bevande calde e specialità a base di caffè; Gestione dell’inventario e approvvigionamenti; Manutenzione e pulizia ordinaria delle attrezzature; Cura delle amenities per il room service; Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi; Ottimo utilizzo di macchine da caffè professionali e attrezzature (montalatte, spremiagrumi, ecc.); Orientamento al cliente e capacità comunicative; Attitudine al lavoro di squadra. Setting up coffee stations and buffets; Preparing coffee, hot drinks, and coffee-based specialties; Managing inventory and stock supplies; Routine maintenance and cleaning of coffee equipment; Handling room service coffee amenities; Previous experience in similar roles; Proficiency in using professional coffee machines and equipment (milk frothers, juicers, etc.); Strong customer orientation and communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a team.
