• Craft and serve a variety of delicious hot and cold beverages—coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Master the espresso machine and other café equipment
• Take and prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Keep the counter, machines, and prep areas clean and organized
• Handle cash and card transactions with ease and accuracy
• Make every customer feel welcome and appreciated
