Description Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders. Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones. Preparing and serving food items such as soups, sandwiches and pastries. Answering customers’ questions about menu choices. Promoting and recommending menu options to customers. Taking payment from customers. Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs. Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized. Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service. Working to attract new customers and expanding the menu. Provide unique coffee forward experience for every customer. Serve as coffee expert providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods (roasting process, flavor, etc.) Demonstrate impeccable composure and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
