JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner; take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Maintain product knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items.
• Ensure proper presentation of drinks and pastries, focusing on quality and consistency.
• Handle payments accurately and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, coffee machines, equipment, and café seating area.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory checks, stocking supplies, and restocking as needed.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily goals and ensure smooth café operations.
