Beni Breakfast & Lunch is a bright and welcoming brunch restaurant in Sudbury, known for cozy hospitality, excellent food, and handcrafted beverages. We’re on the hunt for a Barista who’s equally passionate about espresso and espresso martinis—a dynamic team member who can craft both beautiful coffee and brunch cocktails with care and confidence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of barista or bar experience (or both!)
• Strong knowledge of espresso machines, coffee techniques, and basic cocktail recipes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Smart Serve certification required
• Reliable, punctual, and available for mornings and weekends

• Prepare high-quality specialty coffee and espresso beverages
• Create and serve cocktails from our curated brunch drink menu
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
