About the Role
As a Muzz Buzz Team Member, you’ll be the face of our iconic brand, ensuring every customer has an amazing experience. In this drive-through-only environment, speed, quality, and exceptional service are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to Muzz Buzz standards
• Serve pre-prepared food items efficiently and safely to customers
• Take orders and make customers feel welcome with a positive, friendly attitude
• Operate within a drive-through-only service model, ensuring fast, high-quality experiences
• Keep the store clean and hygienic, adhering to food safety standards
• Open and close the store, including basic operational tasks
• Work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Customer-focused, with a passion for creating positive experiences
• Cool, calm, and collected, even during busy peak periods
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn
• Ideally with prior barista experience (not essential – full training provided)

Availability

• Primarily available Monday to Friday between 5:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• Up to 25 hours per week on a rotating roster
• Shifts between 3–9 hours in length (weekend/public holiday work may be offered occasionally)

Pay: $13.28 – $33.19 per hour
