JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on customer service roles.
• Familiarity with POS is advantageous.
• Barista experience or serving background is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
• Process customer orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
• Serving food items in accordance with food safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining space.
• Manage time effectively to fulfill customer orders promptly during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist customers effectively.
• Crafting Espresso drinks to exacting standards.
