  • Knowledge of working a drive through which is the first choice for those busy customers who are on the go
  • After serving our fantastic customers all of our delicious goods you of course will be taking payment and always sending the customers off with a smile and a have a good day remark
  • You will not only communicate in person with customers; we also have the phone to answer for those phone in orders
  • You will have the experience to prepare a variety of quality menu items that are second to none to keep our customers enjoying our freshly prepared meals and beverages

This position will start as part time with the possibility of becoming full time

SUMMARY

As a Barista/Customer Service representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences while expertly preparing and serving beverages. Reporting to the Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service and barista experience to engage with customers and fulfill their orders efficiently. Your proficiency in POS systems and time management will enhance operational flow, while your knowledge of food safety and handling ensures compliance with health standards. Join our team to create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to our commitment to quality service in the food industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Previous barista experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
  • Experience in food preparation and service
