JOB OVERVIEW

  • Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer interaction and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math skills.
  • Prepare food items according to safety standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Provide support in food preparation and serving, ensuring high-quality presentation of all items.
  • Manage time effectively to handle peak hours while maintaining service quality.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
