JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking candidates that possess excellence Customer Service skills, is a team player, ability to work in a fast pace environment, coffee lover and an outgoing personality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, food handling, and cash management, contributing to a positive dining experience.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the food industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Experience in food preparation and serving, with knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Barista experience is a plus, enhancing beverage service capabilities.
