BARISTA – DLISH CAFÉ (DUBAI, UAE)

Dlish Café is looking for talented and passionate Baristas to join our team across our branches in Al Quoz, DIFC, and Khawaneej.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in specialty coffee
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
• Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately (preferred)

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages with consistency and high quality
• Master latte art and ensure excellent presentation of drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
