We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures
• Ability to operate POS systems
• Willingness to learn about coffee preparation techniques and beverage offerings

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Operate the POS system for processing transactions efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of products served
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Go over cleaning tasks end of the day
