As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring every customer enjoys a warm and memorable visit. Requirements: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry Familiar with beverage preparation, hygiene, and sanitation standards Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and service sequences Fast, disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards and recipes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding area at all times Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly Follow hygiene and safety procedures strictly in all beverage preparations Collaborate with the team to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction Our selection procedure in a nutshell: Our interview process is straightforward—just a few conversations with HR and our Users.
