JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a great opportunity for a skilled Barista/ Shift supervisor. We are looking for someone who wants to be proud of what they do and take responsibility for the environment around them. We are looking for a full time team member working 4 to 5 days a week.
This role is ideal for someone with own transport to travel to different Forge Bakehouse locations, including Dronfield.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, following our established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, including coffee machines, equipment, and dining areas.
• Opening and closing duties
• Stock management and ordering

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability and willingness to travel to any of Forge Bakehouse bakeries.
