Key Responsibilities

  • Beverage Preparation: Craft and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty drinks, adhering to company standards and recipes.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, note dietary restrictions, and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Order & Payment Processing: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Equipment Operation: Accurately operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and restock supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, cups, and pastries to ensure smooth operations.
  • TeamWork: Work effectively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure operational efficiency.
