BARISTA WITH EARLY MORNING BAKING DUTIES
Location: Fresh Baguette – Bethesda (4919 Bethesda Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814)
Compensation: $21.00–$22.00/hr (including tips) | Base pay starts at $12.00/hr with room for growth
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a typical barista job — it’s a hybrid position that combines early morning hands-on baking with a vital front-of-house customer service role. You’ll begin your shift early as a baker (4:30AM–7:00AM), preparing our signature breads and baked goods, then transition to the front of the store when we open for the day, serving as a Barista and customer service expert (7:00AM–1:00PM).
We’re looking for someone who thrives on interaction — someone who loves starting conversations, helping customers find their favorite pastry, and keeping the front looking sharp and running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Back-of-House (4:30AM–7:00AM)
