OVERVIEW

At Lola’s Northampton we are seeking a skilled Barista/Front of House attendant to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers and provide intuitive service. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Barista and Front of house member is desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure and during busy periods
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee preparation area
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
• Handle cash transactions and operate the till with precision
