Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experience Barista/Front of House staff to join us in our brand new cafe opening in August. The ideal candidate MUST have at least one year barista experience and have the ABILITY to do latte art.
This role will involve various front-end tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages as required
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front-end area
- Handle card transactions and operate the till
- Provide bartending services when needed
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
Job Type: Part-time
