Join the locally owned growing Good Earth Coffeehouse & Bakery brand as a Barista. We are seeking qualified people with past customer service and coffeehouse experience to join us to serve great coffee and make great food in our Cochrane, AB location.
At Good Earth Coffeehouse & Bakery, we love great coffee and so do our staff. Coffee and espresso are the heart of our business. We take great pride and care in the quality of our coffee and the training of our team. Barista training will consist on the job training provided by the Owners of the location.
If coffee is the heart of our business, then good food is our soul. We serve good food made from fresh and wholesome ingredients.
Our Barista runs the front end, brewing our coffee and preparing our variety of drinks.

• able to demonstrate customer service experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• High school or equivalent

• work under the General Manager
• excellent customer service

• taking orders
• making specialty drinks and cappuccino
• brewing Good Earth signature coffee
• Serving breakfast, Lunch and dessert items
• baking Good Earth baked goods
• open and close
• assist manager in daily ordering
• Housekeeping and cleaning
• Inventory control
