As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while providing a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Your passion for coffee, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to maintaining our high standards.

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages to brand standards.
• Customer Service: Provide a friendly and engaging experience for guests.
• Efficiency: Maintain speed and accuracy during busy periods.
• Menu Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of coffee, teas, and specialty drinks.
• Stock Management: Monitor and restock coffee supplies as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure coffee machines and equipment are clean and in good working order.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following food safety standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Upselling: Recommend beverages and pastries to enhance the guest experience.
• Opening & Closing Duties: Assist in setting up and closing the coffee station.
