Job Description Your Role As a GYG Barista, you’ll be the face of our Café Hola preparing high-quality coffee and serving up good vibes all day long. You’ll work in a fast-paced, energetic environment where teamwork and positive energy are key. You’ll ensure every cup meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities Calibrate the espresso machine and grinder throughout the day to maintain consistent flavour and extraction quality Steam and texture milk to the correct temperature and consistency for each drink Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service in a high-volume environment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations and equipment Support general restaurant operations such as order taking, food prep, restocking, and cleaning Follow GYG’s recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures Qualifications At least 1 year barista experience. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Availability to start early Mornings.
