OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for Matcha and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring that every customer has a delightful experience. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Micros POS, is a plus
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to coffee preparation and service
