RE:FRESH is a modern barbershop and social lounge; thepause (launching October) is our skincare-first sun & light therapy studio. Together, we’re a design-led space for great service, good energy, and genuine care.

What You’ll Do

• Make great drinks (espresso bar, teas, simple signatures) with speed, consistency, and hygiene.
• Host the floor: greet guests, manage waiting lists, guide clients between barbershop and thepause, and keep the vibe welcoming.
• Talk to clients & promote services: explain offerings (red-light/UVB beds, grooming), upsell add-ons, and support subscriptions/gift cards.
• Keep rooms pristine: reset and sanitize massage & sunbathing/light therapy rooms (towels, eyewear, surfaces), follow safety and hygiene protocols.
• Support events & promos: help with opening activations, influencer visits, and small community moments.

You Bring

• Dutch & English fluency (must).
• Minimum 1 year barista experience (must) with solid espresso skills and service standards.
• Friendly, proactive communicator who enjoys talking to people and can sell without pushiness.
• Eye for detail: cleanliness, presentation, and smooth guest flow.
• Comfortable following hygiene/safety SOPs.
• Nice to have: connection to sports/fitness (you enjoy an active lifestyle and can speak that language with guests).
