A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Prepare and serve a wide range of premium quality coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks. * Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and ensuring their satisfaction. * Stay up-to-date with current coffee trends, techniques, and equipment to continually enhance your craft. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking ingredients and supplies as needed. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to offer a harmonious pairing of beverages with our delightful food menu. * Actively promote and upsell hotel services and products, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests. * Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, following all hotel procedures. What do we need from you? * Previous experience as a barista is essential, preferably in a high-end hotel or premium coffee shop. * A deep knowledge and understanding of different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art. * Excellent communication and customer service skills with an ability to connect and engage with diverse individuals. * Passion for delivering consistently impeccable beverages while maintaining speed and efficiency during peak periods. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Ability to work well within a team and independently, showing initiative to go above and beyond.
