ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Prepare and serve hot beverages (coffee, latte, espresso, teas) using an industrial espresso machine
· Assist guests with purchases such as clothing, souvenirs, and small gift items
· Conduct inventory on a monthly basis to report accurate stock levels
· Handle cash transactions in an efficient manner
· Have a deep knowledge about the local area and resort activities
· Provide guest service and assist guests with their purchases
· Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
· Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
· Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· Previous experience in a retail or coffee shop environment an asset
· Cash handing experience required, including the use of computerized systems (ie debit, credit card, computer)

Reporting to the Food and Beverage leadership team, this position is responsible for making hot beverages and serving light food, along with selling retail gift shop items.
