In line with our expansion, we are recruiting new headcount for Baristas.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a barista in the coffee industry
  • Passion for Coffee and F&B industry
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Take pride in quality of service and food with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high coffee quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • On job training will be provided for candidates with no coffee background or knowledge.
  • Food safety and hygiene training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and pour-over coffee, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavour profiles to guide customers in their coffee choices.
  • Ensure that all coffee equipment is clean, well-maintained, and calibrated for optimal performance.
  • Handle customer orders for both food and beverages efficiently and accurately, providing a friendly and engaging experience.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients to ensure freshness and consistency.
  • Recommend and promote café offerings to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the preparation area, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.
