We are located in Bromley High Street. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee/hot food and customer service, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection while providing an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable
• Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders
• Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are adhered to during food preparation and serving
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils
• Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
