Description Supervisor: Food & Beverage Director Department: Food & Beverage Position Summary: Prepare drinks (coffee, cocoa, Italian sodas, etc), prepare small food items, and process transactions for guests Job Relationships: Responsible To: Guests, Food & Beverage Director Employees Supervised: None Inter-Relationship: Work closely with Food & Beverage Director, and other F&B staff to better serve our guests Duties and Responsible: Keep accurate cash count Keep track of inventory of espresso supplies, food items, and bottled/canned beverage items. Request re-orders as needed.
