Job Purpose We are currently looking for experienced bar and barista staff to join our team within Nairobi in our fast-paced, high-quality Centres. Overall Duties and Responsibilities o Working as a team to provide excellent customer service at all times o Preparing and serving drinks and coffees/ teas o Managing and ordering of stock o Maintaining cleanliness of bar and serving areas o Use of Point of Sale machines Requirements The desire to deliver excellent customer service to all Must have a friendly and can-do attitude Excellent written and oral communication skills - able to connect to all levels of staff/ members High energy – energetic and chatty in a professional manner Well presented –presentable appearance, pleasant, maintains eye contact engagement and approachable Reliable and able to work over weekends when required Previous bar, mixologist and/or barista experience preferred

Responsibilities

The barista will work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve drinks, manage stock, and maintain cleanliness in the bar area. They will also operate Point of Sale machines.
