Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of the bakeshop, including store administration and customer services.
• Deliver excellent customer services.
• Manage orders and coordinate with the kitchen on daily production.
• Handle customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene standards.
