JOB SUMMARY

As a Barista at Le Café du Port, you’ll be the face of our café, providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious coffee and beverages. You’ll ensure every guest has a memorable experience through friendly interactions, attention to detail, and consistent quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous barista or café experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and care.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to café standards.
• Greet and engage customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee bar, equipment, and seating area.
• Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups, etc.) and assist with inventory management.
• Support the team with opening, closing, and daily café operations.
• Follow health, safety, and food-handling guidelines.
• Occasionally assist with events and community gatherings hosted at the café.
