JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years barista experience
  • 1+ years in a supervisor/leadership role
  • Must have or obtain a Food Worker Card within 10 days of employment
  • Available to work mornings and afternoons (hours of operation 8am-4pm)
Responsibilities
  • Lead our baristas to execute high volumes of coffee beverages in a timely manner
  • Produce high quality product and ensure all baristas are following suit
  • Be a source of training, information and knowledge for our team of baristas
  • Lead team in giving great customers service by assisting, engaging and educating our guests
  • Lead team in maintaining clean and organized workstations throughout the day
  • Lead team to abide by all food safety guidelines and use all equipment properly
  • Ensure completion of checklists on a daily basis (opening, closing, deep cleaning, other side tasks)
