We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Barista Manager to help lead our team at Just Love Coffee in Mt. Juliet! If you love coffee, people, and creating a great experience for both guests and staff, we’d love to meet you. Enthusiasm welcomed!

• Lead and coach a team in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Support day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and guest service
• Work closely with the General Manager to run smooth shifts
• Place orders and manage inventory
• Jump into any role needed (drive-thru, bar, kitchen, register)
• Train and motivate new and current team members
• Maintain high standards for drink, food, cleanliness, and organization
• Create genuine guest experiences and drive suggestive selling
• Address shift issues and guest concerns professionally
• Communicate clearly with GM and ownership on team performance and store needs
• Bring urgency, energy, and presence to peak times
