ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Barista, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences across The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton. Your passion for crafting high-quality beverages, combined with your dedication to five-star service, will ensure a memorable experience for every guest. Working across both properties and in different outlets, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing your skills in preparing specialty coffees, teas and other beverages while maintain the brand standards of the complex hotels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong Team work to lead your section during busy period and supports team efforts ensuring smooth operations
• Craft and serve high-quality specialty coffees, teas and other beverages in accordance with brand standards and guest preferences
• Provide warm, friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Anticipate and address guest needs, offering personalized recommendations and maintain a focus on guests satisfaction
• Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment
