Experienced Barista – Mini & Me Coffee Shop
We’re looking for a skilled and friendly barista to join our warm, family-run, kids-friendly café in Mudgeeraba.
About the Role:
You must have 3+ years of barista experience with strong latte art skills. This role is hands-on and varied — you’ll not only make great coffee but also help with all aspects of café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality espresso-based drinks with latte art
• Assisting with food preparation (sandwiches, wraps, etc.)
• Baking items such as banana bread and other café treats
• Cleaning and maintaining the café to a high standard
• Multitasking and supporting wherever needed
• Providing a warm, welcoming experience for customers — especially families with kids

We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a barista
• Friendly, warm, and approachable personality
• Hardworking and reliable
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Flexibility to assist in all areas of the café

Details:

• Location: Mini & Me Coffee Shop, Mudgeeraba
• Hours: 4–5 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
• Immediate start available
