Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales.
  • Demonstrate basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
