We are looking for a Barista who is not only passionate about great coffee but also enjoys being part of a family-focused environment. You’ll deliver excellent drinks and service while contributing to a space where children and parents feel welcome and at ease.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous barista or café experience (minimum 6–12 months preferred).
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills, especially in a family-friendly setting.
• Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain as part of the role).
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and other beverages to consistent standards.
• Provide a warm, professional, and family-friendly welcome to all guests.
• Operate the café till and POS system, processing payments accurately.
• Assist with café setup, stock management, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
• Support food preparation and service as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the Mome team to ensure a seamless experience for families.
• Maintain an environment that is safe and welcoming for young children.
