Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled barista to join our team. As a barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an amazing experience at our restaurant by creating exceptional drinks. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Prepare/serve a variety of coffee and other beverages. Consistently maintain high standards of quality and presentation with beverages. Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc. Uphold cleanliness and proper sanitation standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience. Accurately use POS (point of sale) system to complete transactions when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in a barista role; minimum 1 year. Preferably in a fast-paced cafe or bakery setting. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to speak English proficiently. Bi-lingual is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
