Naturally Tasty is looking for an experienced barista to join the team. The ideal candidate will have strong coffee skills and a broad hospitality skill set with the ability to perform all front of house job requirements within a fast paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Barista
• Customer service
• Point of sale / order taking
• Hot and Cold beverage preparation
• Maintaining cleaning and health standards

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar fast paced hospitality environment
• Solid Barista skills
• Prior experience with industry POS systems
• High attention to detail and cleanliness
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and mornings
• Have a passion for serving great coffee
  Successful candidates will be joining a well established team who will be able to offer the initial support and guidance necessary to be successful in this role.
