Description Barista Join our vibrant team as a Barista and bring your passion for coffees, smoothies and juices as well as customer service to a dynamic and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve brewed and espresso coffee drinks, teas, juices, and smoothies Maintains a high level of product quality by adhering to all New Morning recipes and drink quality standards Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately Assist in inventory (ingredients) management and restocking supplies as needed Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Promote our menu offerings and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
