JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas in khorfakkan.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.
• Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and presentation.
• Take customer orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
