Job Summary: Prepares beverages and products for customers. Maintains a clean environment. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Conducts sale of beverages and food products. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: * High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred * Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Licenses/Certifications: * SERV Safe certification or equivalent: Preferred Facility Specific License/Certifications: * SERVSAFE OR FH-efoodcard: Required Essential Functions: * Completes and prepares customer orders. Maintains clean working environment and follows safety requirements. Performs opening and closing duties. * Ensures accurate identification of food through labeling and dating procedures. Assembles and places food on trays for and delivers trays to customers. * Assists with new employee training and coaching. * Collaborates in implementation of new department policies, new techniques and new instrumentation. Reviews and updates policies and procedures manuals for the department. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
