POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for friendly and energetic Baristas/Café Associates to join our growing team. You’ll help us bring our vision to life by crafting exceptional Vietnamese coffee, serving tasty desserts and snacks, and offering top-notch service in a laid-back, inviting environment. We’re not just making coffee – we’re creating a vibe, and we want you to help us do it.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with POS systems is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
• A food handler’s certificate is great, but not required
• A passion for coffee and the Vietnamese coffee culture
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is a bonus, but not necessary
• A friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fun environment
• Team player – we’re building something together!

• Prepare delicious desserts and snacks that our guests will love

• Learn about our menu and confidently share it with customers, recommending drinks and treats
