BARISTA/BARTENDER JOB OPENING AT TOZI PIZZERIA & CICCHETTI BAR

We are hiring our Barista/Bartender to join our team at TOZI Pizzeria & Cicchetti Bar which is the perfect spot for both casual dining & special occasions of art’otel Battersea Power Station Hotel with iconic views overlooking Battersea Power Station.

A natural entertainer and people’s person our Barista/Bartender will strive to deliver a memorable experience with each sip of their expertly crafted drinks. They will possess excellent knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails and a creative flair for creating new and exciting drinks to satisfy our guest’s needs.

As our Barista/Bartender, you will receive:

• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.44 (minimum contracted rate) to around £17 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Barista/Bartender, you will:

• Take pride in exceeding guests’ expectations and be able to anticipate guests’ needs and deliver a memorable experience
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
• Be fully flexible to work in the shifts on a Rota basis including early mornings and late evenings
• Be experienced in Barista, Mixology and Cocktails
• Experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience
