ABOUT THE ROLE: BARISTA

As a Barista, you’ll be the face of Salt & Sugar — crafting beautiful coffee beverages, guiding guests through their drink and dessert choices, and delivering excellent service with a smile. You’ll balance speed with artistry while keeping the energy high and the service smooth

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests and guide them through the Salt & Sugar menu experience.
• Craft espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing coffee and service station.
• Handle guest transactions and manage point-of-sale systems confidently and accurately.
• Keep the vibe upbeat and the service flowing, even during busy shifts.
• Work as part of a creative, supportive team focused on hospitality and craft.
