We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a desire to create memorable experiences for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers positively.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Familiarity with cashiering systems or POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash with care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
  • Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling procedures.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
